Village Medical referred me to Dr. James Toung after my ear was injured during an ear wash in 2023. When I asked him about the cause of my hearing damage, he told me he “wasn’t a lawyer,” which made me feel like he didn’t want to discuss what actually happened.When I returned years later for a second audiology test, he wasn’t there, so I asked his assistant to check my chart. If I could give zero stars I would. Saw Dr. Toung 2 weeks ago. Looked at my prior ct scan of my sinuses and performed another in his office. Said I needed surgery as my septum was deviated and had multiple sinuses blocked. Ordered a cardiology clearance prior to the surgery. Received clearance from my cardiologist and I called on 4 occasions to get the surgery scheduled as I was trying to get my vacation planned. Noone returned any of my calls.
