Dr. Gaertner is an old colleague and has also been my PCP for awhile now. I have referred many patients to him over the years. He is a great listener which is something many doctors lack now days because they are in such a hurry to see a lot of patients. He is also very good at giving all the possible causes of the problem you're there to see him for, and outlining a treatment plan. Looking for a new doctor? Look no more.
Best GP I've ever had, quite literally saved my life. A thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable person, I highly recommend.
Due to the severe mishandling of my prescriptions by Dr. Gaertner’s office, I am permanently leaving his care. This "Dr" has seen my wife and children and myself and then when i try to schedule an appt it gets cancelled cuz im not an established patient, BSW is suspect and not to be trusted. Smug and arrogant BAD CARE DO NOT SEE THIS "Dr"

This decision comes after repeated and unacceptable delays in refilling essential medications, despite multiple requests through the pharmacy, app, and phone.
