This guy is awesome. Public defenders get a bad rap, and I would say I don't usually disagree with the stereotype, but this guy is different. He is awesome and seems to genuinely care about clients. He is very knowledgeable, and personable.
He never returned a phone call in over 3 months, he did not contact me when court dates were changed. The final straw is when he didn't even show up to court!!! James Toombs does not even deserve the 1 start I had to leave so I could warn any one considering him DO NOT USE him if you actually want results
He is one lawyer that takes care of the important issues without making simple things difficult. He is genuine and cares about the outcome of the case. I truly appreciate what he has done for me so far.
