Dr Rough is skilled and professional. He easily identified what was recommended for me and explained things clearly. I was very pleased with the outcome. He is nice and listened well. I would definitely recommend him. Marissa was welcoming and anticipated all that was needed for the procedure.
I was so nervous to meet with a plastic surgeon for many reasons. The main one being afraid he would point out all the other flaws I have. Well, he focused only on what I wanted. The respect and kindness he and Marissa continue to give is wonderful. The time he took to explain the surgery, expectations and recovery was really helpful and eased my anxiety. I am so happy with the results. After multiple consults searching for the right surgeon, I found Dr Rough and felt very comfortable with him and his team. The whole process exceeded my expectations. Now instead of having to pad all my bras to fit shirts, wearing a bra is optional and I love it! Thank you
My wife had a procedure completed by Dr Rough and we were extremely pleased with the entire process, start to finish. Dr. James Rough is AMAZING! Removed an ear Keloid on our daughter and was less than an hour!! Explained humbly, and was sooo patient Melissa is Fantastic too! Melissa Dr. Rough’s assistant held our daughters hand and calming assured her and they both explained each step!! Very humble with kids and with parents!!! Highly recommend!
