Dr. James Rough is AMAZING! Removed an ear Keloid on our daughter and was less than an hour!! Explained humbly, and was sooo patient Melissa is Fantastic too! Melissa Dr. Rough’s assistant held our daughters hand and calming assured her and they both explained each step!! Very humble with kids and with parents!!! Highly recommend!
From start to finish, Dr. Rough and his team are top notch. His staff is friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. His office is a warm and inviting space. My consultation, which was over an hour (unheard of in modern medical appointments), was focused on answering my questions, educating me about options, techniques, and outcomes - conversation first, then the exam - so I had a chance to decide if it was right for me. Dr.Rough and Marisa are amazing. I received filler injections in my nose after an accident and he made me look 20 years younger. He’s so talented I would recommend seeing him for all your cosmetic needs. Will definitely be back!
wow! In addition to knowledge and master expertise, Dr. Rough and staff are non- judgmental, kind and compassionate and safe. Very efficient but never rushed.
