I was referred to Dr. Rough after my breast cancer diagnosis. He is caring, thoughtful and thorough. I feel fortunate that he was my breast cancer surgeon. At every appointment he carefully explained any procedures and asked if I had questions. His Patient Care Coordinator, Marissa is welcoming and always equally positive. Both Dr. Rough and Marissa are bilingual. If I ever need a plastic surgeon again I will contact Dr. Rough.
Dr.Rough is the most compassionate doctor I have ever dealt with. He gives you his cell phone number and answers right away if you have any questions or issues. I had a minor complication and he was there for me the entire way. My results look amazing and I can’t imagine them looking better. I will be doing another procedure with him in a few months and I totally trust him with everything. If you’re looking for an amazing Doctor Who is incredibly compassionate and caring, he’s the one.
Dr. Rough is the most patient and compassionate doctor I have ever had. I underwent a DIEP flap procedure, which is a very involved surgery, and Dr. Rough took the time to explain every aspect of the process in a way that was thorough, clear, and easy to understand. Dr. Rough is very skilled and does excellent work. On top of that, he is caring, kind and perceptive. During our first consult, he understood what I wanted and he provided less invasive solutions that I didn't know about. His assistant Marissa is also wonderful. Between the two of them, I knew I was in capable and caring hands!! I highly recommend Dr. Rough and Marissa!!
