Jim & Kathy ALWAYS deliver reputable insurance services exactly how I hope. There is never a hassle. Insurance can be scary, but these folks give personable service. Respect yourself by contacting real, caring humans like Jim & Kathy!
Several missed follow ups. They clearly weren't familiar with our account nor did they read the emails we sent based on the canned nonsensical responses we received. Didn't respond to requested changes in policy. They didn't make a change to our policy that they should have known about and done automatically. I changed agents because this office was not up to the standard I expect from Statefarm.

Great service, Kathy and Jim are always more than happy to help with any questions I have or concerns. I even referred mom here once she moved up from Texas!
