Took payment in advance and then abandoned the job and refused to return the remainder of the budget. Also attempted to hide the job from the building inspector, tried to make me pay for his "stop-work" penalty, left materials and tools out in my yard for months, and didn't even put a tarp over their unfinished job before abandoning it, allowing snow and rain to get in the building. There's a reason he's available.
Thank you Mr. Roberts for everything. You are truly a great person. May You have many more years of great service. Bring some doggy treats if your ever near.
He will get the job done for you. Too bad he's not looking to grow the business bigger. So be prepared for him to say he can't fit you into the schedule.
They left shingles hanging off 6” ,uneven ends debris left on roof no drip edge. I would not let roof a dog house
