I don't normally make these reviews but I do not recommend taking your child to SouthStar in Ruston. He doesn't even deserve the 1 star that was given but 0 is not an option. We seen the nurse practitioner, James Owens. His attitude was not great and the comments he made were uncalled for, but that wasn't the issue I had. When he suctioned my 1 yr olds nose, he forcefully shoved the suction bulb up his nose very aggressively over and over. His nose was pouring blood. He told me that's how it needed to be done.
