Son muy malos en el mantenimiento por q e ido 3 veces a reclamar por el aire acondicionado q no funciona ya tengo 15 dias q no funciona y no acen el tiempo de venir areglarlo iguan no ay agua caliente y no acen el tiempo de areglarlo muy malos en el mantenimiento
My experience with James River Villas is that they might not get things right on the first try (maintenance orders), but their due diligence always follows through and they eventually get it right in the end. I have been here since before they were the Villas & I have learned that patience is a virtue needed with them. When I spoke to the current Staff on Site Lunnette Carpenter she was very reassuring of my wants and needs going forward with my stay here at this complex.
