Frauds, after a year of insurance with them they came after us asking for an additional 150% of the previous paid fees for the year that was ended and increased our new policy by 300%. We want to litigate if they send it to collection, if you’re a company that has been wronged by them we’re open to a joint litigation, contact me. We’re done letting bullies get away.
Probably the absolute worse company I have ever had to deal with. The valet company crashed my car. I went thru it with their insurance company which was James River. It was a nightmare. I know they are out of VA and I am in MA but man they fed me wrong info right from the start and finally got their act together. They had a local adjuster out and inspected the damages and sent me a check. I dropped the vehicle off at the shop and picked up a rental. It took over 4 weeks for the repair. Very unprofessional establishment. Not honest or ethical. Not truthful with efforts to resolve claims, or provide updates. Treats employees similarly to how they treat customers, terrible. Does not deserve your business.
