Had an item shipped to the store. Picked it up no problem. They kept me updated by email.
Had my lawn mower with 18 hours diagnosed as a fuel pump by another shop. The fuel pump is under warranty so I took it to James river where I bought it cash. Left my John Deere mower to have a broken throttle cable replaced, a hole in the mower deck repaired, and complete routine service. No diagnosis needed for these obvious service requests. They kept the mower for 2 weeks, and when I called to ask if it was ready, they said it was. When I picked it up, the work order did not indicate that it had been serviced, and the girl at the service desk had no clue why.
