I have been going here for over 6 years, I received a letter 1 month ago informing me to find another dermatologist ,I went into the office to pay my bill I then asked to speak to someone about this, they said because I missed more then 2 appointments they no longer wanted to see me I asked if the owner would call me, I have not received a call as of yet. WORST patient attention than I have ever seen. Rude, insensitive, and robotic. Verified charges and they were unreasonably higher than the normal standard. Which results in a high out of pocket expense. Charged $300 for 15 minutes with a LPN, not even a doctor? I would NEVER go there again and recommend very adamantly to go ANYWHERE else. AWFUL Experience.
My appointment at JRD lasted all of 5 minutes if that with NP Leslie Farr. Her bedside manners were lacking and I felt RUSHED. I Was referred in January for suspicious skin issues. I got an appointment 4 months later. I completed the Patient form.that was emailed to me. I arrived 15 min before my appointment and was asked to complete another form on a Tablet. It asked me to "accept" policies, procedures, costs, and receipt of same, BEFORE actually receiving them.
