Do not get your dentures done here!!! I had my top denture done here and it was an absolutely awful experience. I was only numbed up by shots when they yanked all my teeth out, so I was shaking like a leaf through the whole thing. I had no temp liner put in my denture at all, so when my gums started to shrink, my denture fit awful and would fall right out. I had no idea what was normal or what to expect. One of the worst experiences with a dentist paid money for a denture that broke the first time a year in the second break 2 years opposite side third break 2 months later same side charged me over a 100 dollars to fix got them back TRASH do not fit in my mouth and weren’t even sanded correctly! It’s really sad when u pay money and do not get what you paid for!!!

I have 5 kids and Northside is great at working with them. So patient and gentle. Successfully filled my (very nervous) 5 year old's cavity. I have very sensitive teeth and they never shame me and try to keep me as comfortable as possible.

VA PATIENTS BEWARE I would HIGHLY suggests going to somebody who will actually take care of their patients. The office staff has been extremely unprofessional. I am a veteran and I have been trying since Sept/Oct to get an approval for my TMJ issues. I got VA to approve injection for TMJ and have been waiting for THEM to call to schedule since I didn't want to be an annoyance. Extremely unresponsive. No one answers the phone. They don't respond to mrssages. I have left 3 messages over the past 6 months trying to schedule a cleaning but no one has called out me back. Guess they don't need the business.
