After my crash I had contacted national general and They forwarded me to James river collision. I went in for the initial estimate and came back to drop it off. I was able to get a rental down the street at enterprise. The staff and crew here are awesome and very professional, great communication and customer service. My nissan Frontier looks great!!! Thank you all so much!!!!!!

After having to decide between the options my insurance company gave me to fix my truck, I chose James river collision. I had the pleasure of working with Jamal through this process. I think the five stars reviews must all be from maybe friends or family because I sure was not impressed with them. For starters, they never kept me updated throughout the process. Multiple times I called to find out the status on my truck and nobody would answer the phone and when I did get through they said they would find out and call me back (which they didn't call back).
