Recently had body and paint work on my vehicular. My experience with the shop was great everything that was smooth no issues whatsoever. They got my vehicle squared away,she looks beautiful again back to her former glory. I’m happy with their performance & would recommend them to anyone else looking for their services. Thanks again gentleman peace I’m out.
Personal attention was outstanding. I've never been in an accident before and I started crying -- jamal took time to explain everything and to console me with his personal "crash" experience which made me laugh.
The shop manager could really learn from his teammates on how to take care of customers. All in all everything was taken care of but not without a fight. Manager wanted to argue shop wanted to take care of it which they did.
After my crash I had contacted national general and They forwarded me to James river collision. I went in for the initial estimate and came back to drop it off. I was able to get a rental down the street at enterprise. The staff and crew here are awesome and very professional, great communication and customer service. My nissan Frontier looks great!!! Thank you all so much!!!!!!
