James River Jeep treated me very well! In August, 2025, I bought a used 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I didn't notice was missing the Grand Cherokee emblem on the passenger side and also had a slight side swipe on the bottom of the passenger side doors. It had been previously repaired by the porior owner so was not too noticeable at first glance. Yesterday, I left James River Jeep and Zack a good review. Then, today happened....ugggg! We hadn't even had possession of this 2022 Jeep (with under 42,000 miles) for 24 hours before things took a very negative turn. I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in May 2024 with only one previous owner, and it has been nothing but problems. Within months, both fuel pumps had to be replaced, along with the seal-vapor canister, valve purge control, and purge hose. Even after all of that, the Jeep still jerks at highway speeds (especially downhill or with cruise control on) and acts up every time I fill the tank.
