If you want charged for all your “TEXTBOOK” warranty work that was stated to be “FREE” after you purchased your vehicle. This is your place to go. $350 later and loving that they were able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. Sorry I’ll come pick it up and change the oil and def censors myself.
This review is for the staff, particularly Jad, a sales consultant. He was very attentive and made sure to answer all of our questions. He was also training a new sales consultant. Jad did his best, however, we were not able to come to an agreement on the deal, which he has not control over. The staff overall was very nice.
The best experience we’ve had buying a car. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us choose and buy the car we wanted. Even going out of state to get it for us! Mike, Rich, Brian, Zach you all did a great job!!! Everyone greeted us with a smile! We are sure the service department will be just as helpful!! Thank you, Charlie and Roberta Graas
