So far, this office has failed to deliver my prescription to the proper location. Along with the failed P.A. that my insurance requires for the prescribed Tacrolimus which a FRAUD of a company called Tandem has verified would only cost $60 to purchase through CVS (Camp Bowie). After speaking with the pharmacist there, I was told it now cost $140 and holds a $464 retail tag. Someone is lying. So much for the Hippocratic oath to do no harm. Spouse went in and asked about a spot with McCarty several times just to be dismissed in 10 minutes that it was just discoloration despite it being brought to his attention on different appointments. Fast forward maybe a year later and we’re having a chunk of skin removed for it being cancerous. If it was done sooner this could have been prevented and now my spouse is in pain everyday while this heals. Everyone else here is wonderful but do not see him.

It took 6 weeks to be seen. The front office staff was polite but the Dr. McCarty is a waste of time and effort. I made the appt for checking a small spot and a full body skin check. Dr. McCarty spent less than 5 mins speaking with me and looking at the area. Then refused to do the skin check. I feel that this office collects high office visit fees for nothing. My son appointment didn’t last 10 mins in the office. The fee was $117 to be told that a robot can do it. This visit was not worth $117. I am very disappointed with this Dermatologist Office.
