Dr. McWilliam is a fantastic doctor. He is knowledgeable, caring and has great bedside manner. His staff is a good representation of professionalism.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. McWilliam. During my visit, I found the lack of bedside manner quite unprofessional. He spoke too quickly and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. This rushed and dismissive approach left me feeling unheard and undervalued. I hope improvements can be made in patient interactions to ensure a more compassionate and respectful experience. Thankfully was able to diagnose me, but I needed to ask further questions about any restrictions. I would not recommend him.
He is quick but he will always sit a minute and answer any questions I have, he is straight foward no sugar coating which is best and of course he is kind and considerate.
Dr McWilliams had a nice bedside manner. He a dressed all my questions and talked about resolutions. I would recommend him to my friends
