Dr McWilliam is one of the kindest most hands on dr I have ever met. He showed and explained to me everything that was wrong with me so I could understand it all. My surgery went perfectly and I am on the way to recovery. In my opinion Dr.McWilliams is hands down the best orthopedic Dr in Westchester!!! I also forgot to mention how amazing his staff is especially Andrea
Dr. McWilliam is a fantastic doctor. He is knowledgeable, caring and has great bedside manner. His staff is a good representation of professionalism.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. McWilliam. During my visit, I found the lack of bedside manner quite unprofessional. He spoke too quickly and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. This rushed and dismissive approach left me feeling unheard and undervalued. I hope improvements can be made in patient interactions to ensure a more compassionate and respectful experience. Thankfully was able to diagnose me, but I needed to ask further questions about any restrictions. I would not recommend him.
