He was very rude and spoke to me like I was beneath him. I told him I had knee pain and I could've hurt myself at work. He then insisted I only had arthritis of my knee (already previously diagnosed) and that was all. I went to another doctor who found a tear in my meniscus and told me it will not get better without surgery. Don't use this doctor.
I went to Dr. Gates today and found him to be a very caring Doctor who went to great lengths to explain his findings & suggest the least invasive treatment. I would recommend him. His office staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful.
