Thank you Dr. Ellis for digging extra deep into my case and spending the extra time with me to explain what was happening to make sure I could get my problem solved.
Dr. Ellis seemed nice but they were very busy and running behind so I’m sure it was a tough day for all the providers. He was quick with my testing and asked questions to make sure that there wasn’t any underlying issues as well.
Like Dr. Ellis vision for my treatment, keeping me out of the operating room. Very knowledgeable.
While working with the MA the med list did not match that of my Dr. so we worked on correcting that. It lacked any muscle relaxers that I was taking. I don’t know the name of it, a generic, for skelaxin so I said I didn’t know. I was then scolded about not knowing what meds I take. I agree I should know but I also disagree with the method in which it was done. If I asked you the size of the tires on your car or its engine would you know?
