Update: In response to answer. My husband and I were there so it was registered under another name and you know exactly which item (the stove) you didn’t sell the piece to me for the price even though I was the highest bidder at an absolute auction. Did not honor me as highest bidder at an absolute auction. They then tried to be more dishonest and give me reasons why they couldn’t honor my bid. The entire event was exceptionally well organized and professionally run from start to finish. It’s clear that Jay comes from a strong lineage of auction family and brings many years of experience to the table. Great Team!
It was the crazy times of 2020, when the whole world was chaotic and the unknown was front and center in everyone's world. Add the death of my father in the mix. And the responsibility of 2 houses.
