Put it like this the Office Manager is rude and a hag
On my phone getting info. Was told to turn my phone off or put it on airplane mode. Didn't get an x ray done. Second visit was only ten minutes for a thirty minute drive. Didn't feel what he was doing was going to help me with my back pain. Just stop going.
His wife runs the front office, she was as rude as can be to me every single time I was in there. I was there 2 1/2 to 3. Hrs for my first visit I would be put in a room just to sit for another 30 mins, she would barge in the room without knocking just to see if I was using my cell phone which they Forbid at their office, she claims it interferes with her cordless phone lol. She continually berated me for the phone, for wanting to cut back to one time a week, for getting lost even tho I was earl
Terrible, The office manager who does the intake is extremely rude.Today I was sitting down when she brought me forms to fill out and I was muting my phone. I put it into my pocket and reached for the clipboard she was holding for me. She withdrew it and said to take my cellphone out of my pocket and turn it off, and because I didn't respond immediately she wouldn't give me the clipboard.They are not accommodating with appointments. The Dr is the worst chiropractor I,ve ever been to.
Terrible terrible experience!!! The woman at the front desk is clearly the chiropractors wife! She was absolutely horrendous on all levels, rude & speaks at you as if your a child in a class room, I would not be surprised if she were an elementary school teacher in her younger years. She started adjusting my clothing and told me I needed to dress appropriately.. Um, I'm a married woman with children, I had TWO shirts on, my top shirt was an off the shoulder type of shirt and I had on loose capris, I was blown away, she yelle... read more

They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
After getting tossed from my horse, I sought out a chiropractor to help adjust my lower back and shoulder. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
