Zero stars would be more appropriate. Our experience with Dr. Brown's office has been defined by unprofessional conduct, poor communication, and questionable priorities. Approximately a year ago, my care was abruptly discontinued following a front-desk interaction that was handled in a dismissive and condescending manner. Great doctor and staff. Takes the time to listen and address your issues, which is often hard to find in today's world
There are few doctors like Dr Brown. His approach, connection to patients, and his caring for you as a whole should be the standard of care everywhere.
