Dr Andrews operated on my son’s shoulder in 1997 when he was 18 yrs old. A Bankart procedure I believe it was called. It’s still as good as new with very nearly full range of motion after 20 years . Belated thanks to you Dr Andrews. Hope all is well there in Florida.
Appt scheduling process is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I submitted an online form request for an appointment and waited the 48 hour time frame for response. I received 2 calls telling me to call another number for scheduling. I called and left a voice message same day. I did an add'l follow up a few hours later only to get an operator directing me to voice mail. Another 48 hours in and no one has called to schedule. If scheduling is this poor I cant imagine the waiting room...
