Beware. This place is VERY expensive - $500 charged for a walking boot - JUST THE ACTUAL BOOT plus exam and imaging (almost $1,100 total). I asked for pricing before deciding on this clinic. I do have insurance, but they charged my insurance double what they quoted me, and with a high deductible plan, it all goes back to the patient anyway. So, depending on what kind of insurance you have beware that this could cost you double what you are quoted.

If I could give this office a 10 star I would without batting an eye!! Walked (limped) in and had nothing but a warm welcoming everyone from Front desk to the staff in the back were Phenomenal! I was in so much pain The doctor diagnosed my issue in my knees, gave me 2 shots, and had me on my way In no time!! already feeling better less than 24 hours later I’m so happy Showed up here after so many months of pain! Super highly recommend Dr. Provo!

I was there on the 20th complaining of severe lower back pain. The doctor didn’t even touch me. He walked into the room already saying that everyone comes in just to get a cortisone shot. I made it clear that I didn’t want the injection, and he simply told me to keep taking Voltaren and Tylenol and start physical therapy. At no point did he perform a physical examination.
