My experience with Amy has been amazing ! She found me a great home to live in and has made sure that all issues in my house has been resolved prior to me moving in!!! Even tho there were some things I found that needed repair after moving in, she and James Property Management made it happen!!! Amy made the whole experience pleasant for me and my family! The issues took a few weeks bc each issue required a different mechanic. But Amy and the team that works for her kept me posted and informed me of their arrivals making it c... read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a “property management company”. I question if this company is a cover for something. I moved in to a dirty flat with no hot water, no water pressure, broken glass in the bathroom, broken appliances, etc. We called the emergency number, the leasing agent, etc. No response. They never offered a move in walk through and now we know why…absolutely everything needed to be cleaned and fixed. Our realtor that found the place for us never got her referral fee.
