I had an appointment originally scheduled for today. However, after making sure I confirmed the appointment the day before, they cancelled it about 2 hours later with no explanation. The apartment is still posted though, so the lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. I've tried messaging them on zillow only to get no response and tried to call a few times only to be sent to voicemail. I had a showing scheduled for today and waited 20 minutes for the property manager to show up. I sent two follow up messages as well. I also made sure to confirm as requested by the email the day before. I have never had this happen to me and not sure if it was because of Easter Sunday. My time and money was wasted. Given the good reviews I’m going to assume this was an accident but please makes sure you update your availability.

Nice person
If I could give no stars I would. They are the worst property management company I have ever dealt with as an HOA manager. They have no records of their tenants. Fail to produce documents on time. Reject your calls when you call them out on their error. Their tenants car was towed due to insufficient paperwork provided. When they were contacted about it, they placed blame back on the HOA for their failure to have a copy of the Rules and Regulations for a property they have managed for over 2 years.
