Would not recommend working with James to anyone. We had hired him for our attorney when we were buying our first home. He was recommended to us by our realtor and we decided to go with him. I wish we would have picked someone else. He rarely answered any of our calls/texts/emails we had to reach out to our realtor for her to get in contact with him for him to even respond and that even took him forever to get back to us.
