Such a blatant disregard for people's health. An issue with a form I filled out caused them to not get my medical records, and instead of contacting me to get it fixed, they did NOTHING. I already spent a week in the hospital because they refused to even make an appointment when I am a type 1 diabetic and needed to see an Endocrinologist or at least get my supplies in the meantime.
