I was hit with false allegations and the misuse of the Order of Protection process by my ex. Luckily, I chose Mr. Podgorny. He was tenacious and always responded to my emails. james podgorny is unmotivated and incompetent. He has no ethical commitment to work for his clients. He has to ask his co-workers to help advise his clients, and he is inactive and lost in court. He claimed to know and recited the law to me. However, he could hardly put a plan into action; especially on his own. Find a real lawyer. One that can help by guiding you and one that will work to protect you and your family's rights. He deserves no stars. it is required to post!
