Poor Customer Service – our hot water heater went out on a Sunday. We contacted James Plumbing and was told they could not come out till Monday. After looking at our tank on Monday we were told they would need to replace our hot water heater but couldn't do that till Tuesday. The job was finished Tuesday afternoon at 6:30. At 8:30 we went to give our 6 year old a bath and had no hot water. So we called James plumbing to tell them the issue. My husband spoke to the owner and was told he would not send anyone out.
