Over 65 years ago, on Jan. 3, 1950 Loretta and Sebastian (Bess) James created James' Tavern, known to all as James' Pizza. They created one of the best and most well known pizza pies in the area! Today, Florian James carries on the family tradition and uses the same original recipe that his father one did. Come dine with us or take it to go, we are many times copied and never duplicated!

I love the food, but the fact I just had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for one pizza is just ridiculous. Wasn't even offered so much as a drink while I waited.
If they could only send it to Fort Myers!!!
Best pizza in Shamokin, and they deliver for free.
The pizza is as good as any and the tenderloin sandwich is worth the trip. I would have given a 5 if they had a better beer selection. Staff is friendly and attentive.
