I have been going to this doctor for over thirty five years. I have never been so rudly talked to like I was by his front desk worker. She is so rude, It took all of my being to keep from saying something to her about it. You can Not ask for a More passionate caring down to earth loving person as Doctor Pickens is. Been with him over 18 years . He's the best I've came across, caring for myself and Family.

My husband has been using dr Pickens since the age of 7 he is now 46 we live in Dallas and will still dr to waxahachie to go to the dr it’s hard enough getting a day off work for the both of us and then driving 40 miles to the appt I was considerably hurt and offended by the way we were treated today from the front desk girl. We did not have face masks and were told to leave and the shell station Down the street sells them. We went next door to the doctors office where we were not a patient and got two masks no problem. So I called today as I am severely sick and need to see a doctor… The last two days I have ran a fever and had a sinus infection that has kept me in bed. Desperately needing to see a doctor I called and ask if there’s anyway they can squeeze me in the lady tells me that they are not taking new patients until September?????
