Office staff could have a bit more compassion, a bit more bedside manner, and it would help if they smiled and greeted the patients.... Everyone in that office was so cold I felt as though I walked into a Morgue! Dr. Reddy has taken 2 weeks to write my notes for my referral to have 4 surgeries completed, however can he really remember everything he seen and we spoke about after 2 weeks and seeing hundreds of patients between then... And I was not recorded, somewhat worries me, that it's possible he could forget what was disc... read more
It was horrible got there before my appointment time but was waiting for over a hour and ask how much longer it will be and they said a couple more hours..That's ridiculous to wait that long to be seen. I wouldn't recommend going there
