Dr Penna is a great doctor. Was informative to the injury to my son. Gave us treatment options, and appointments were easy to get and within a reasonable time according to the acuity of the injury. I would definitely recommend Stony Brook Orthopedics to family. The PA's who work with him are very knowledgeable and also informative, if he is not available, and they are great also. I trust the healthcare providers at Stony Brook Orthopedics with the care of me and my family.
No one is better, more caring or helpful than Dr. Penna. His thorough exams, explanation of issues and prognosis are always spot on as well as treatment options. Wonderful new location and super welcoming and knowledgeable staff at every corner.
