Why! Why! Why! – Why would anyone ever go to this salon? First the stylists are ancient and so are the hairstyles they produce. The shop looks like it could've used a makeover 20 years ago. Never have I seen a business that has no clue of what good customer service is. They are rude, they curse in front of you, they overcharge for nothing and dont care what your hair looks like in the end as long as they got paid. And please dont ask for them to fix it. If you are 65+ you will love it! – If you are 65 years or older this place is for you. Everyone in there is my grandmother's age. This place hasn't been redecorated since the early 80's and everything had a coat of dust on it. Extremely tacky!! Being in upscale Frontenac, I thought this salon was going to be chic and trendy but being in my twenties and walking into this place, I was really mad at myself for making an appointment.
