Beware - they must have skipped town. Did not respond to messages for weeks and now the phone is out of order. DON'T BUY A VOUCHER FROM GROUPON OR LIVING SOCIAL. I sure hope I get my money back as I paid $126 over a month ago for NOTHING

Terrible! I bought a massage/facial Groupon, without I'll admit doing proper research. I figured since it was in Clayton it would be a nice place. Couldn't have been more wrong! I didn't have the same appointment making problems as some of the other reviewers. However all their other comments are spot on! Receptionist/owner was the rudest, most unorganized person I've ever met. She had four old school appointment books out and never found my appointment. I lived on Michigan ave for some time and I got my hair cut from many great stylist from elizabeth arden to sax fifth and byron has been the best and consitant. I have had Byron when in st louis over 30yr and he is worth the trip and the wait

Don't go to this salon - and ESPECIALLY don't have Bill Bennett do your hair. I went to him after my wonderful hairdresser retired. My former hairdresser wrote out instructions for Bennett, to do my hair, and he gave him oral instructions over the telephone. Despite that, Bill Bennett gave me a perm, and damaged every inch of my hair. When I left that shop, I looked like a poodle that had stuck its finger in a light socket. How are there good reviews for this place?? First of all, it's an outdated dump. I bought the groupon for the massage and facial...when I arrived an unprofessional woman was sprawled on a chair in the hallway and said "can I help you?" Was this an employee, a random person... I had no idea. When I walked in there was no receptionist, and an employee was on a personal call on the customer side of the reception desk. Okay. This place was amazing I'm not sure what the others are talking about, but the receptionist I spoke with was helpful and prompt with returning my call. Carleen did my massage and it was heaven. I almost fell asleep on the table. It was somewhat difficult to make an appointment, but I could understand there was a large response to the ad for a smaller local spa.
