Dr Parmele was very professional and thorough. The procedure went well with no pain!!
I was extremely disappointed with I Spine. I waited 25 minutes in the lobby. After being called back, I waited over an hour. My back pain increased while waiting that hour until I was in tears. A nurse gave me ice and a blanket and never checked on me again. When Dr Parmele came in, he saw I was upset, but he just told me they would be in for me soon and basically what he was going to do.
