I had a TAVR aortic heart valve surgery 9 Days ago with Drs Park and Pool and their team. I was so afraid of anything unusual happening. Pre-op they came in to ask if we had any questions. My wife and eldest son were with me. Then Dr Park asked if I would like for them to pray with me. I am a Catholic and for them to offer to pray with me brought such a rush of comfort I will never forget. They did a great job and I feel like a new man in only 9 days: thanks Docs! The PA and staff provide excellent customer service but if you are waiting on test results from the main doctor to determine why your loved one is retaining so much fluid or just needed to know the results from test performed to see if they are needing a different type of medicine, go to the ER. You'll grow old and your family member will die if you were depending on them.
Dr. Park is the reason my husband is living today. He and his staff are a wonderful group of professionals.
