This was the most wonderful experance I have ever had in a dental office! I was scared my 3 kids were also.The front desmanager was WONDERFUL! she made us feel at home she laughed and talked with me and my kids to make us feel at ease! Ms sondra was just as wonderful and Dr.Goldsmith was GREAT! A very loving and caring office.If there was an award for the greatest Dental paractice in our area this would be the one! I will send every one I know to this office!!
I totally disagree with a post about the receptionist! she is the most friendly and kind person I have ever met in a dental office.she was very very informitive,even if she didn't know my insurance she was very helpful in telling me what to do.I now understand her JOB and what she has to go through being the only front desk person he has! Dr. Goldsmith is an excellent dentist with a wonderful bedside manner. He was made to treat kids! Sondra is also a wonderful hygienist--my daughter loves them both. I would highly recommend them for children's dental work. However I have to say their front desk receptionist is very scary--she won't do even the basic requirements of her job and if you ask her to, she will act like she is being put out. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Goldsmith and his dental hygenist Sondra (I think). My kids (4 and 2 yrs. old) had a different dentist before Dr. Goldsmith and they cried at each and every appointment. I read all the good reviews but still didn't expect my kids to not shed one single tear b/c it's still the dentist. But wow! They didn't cry during the exam. All I can say is that I would be willing to travel 50 miles or more just to have my son seen by Dr. Goldsmith and team. Outstanding!
This team is very professional. My son has been a patient for 4 years, and I find it to very child friendly. They are very accomodating to each individual. My son is a special needs child and they treat him with superb care. Each procedure is explained to the child and parent, chair side manner is EXCELLENT..they are very patient. Definitely our best experience with a pediatric dentist! The doctor, nurses, and the front desk are super patient and kid friendly. They take time and efforts to comfort my daughter. We've been with other good dentists too, but maybe they were too busy with the appointments so my daughter was left there crying without comforts. If you have a child who is as timid as mine, I strongly recommend Dr. Goldsmith.
The office was very child friendly, as was the staff. They were very informative and explained all procedures as they completed the examination. Failed to tell me I needed a note from my child's cardiologist to have teeth cleaned even though I informed them of his medical condition prior to the visit. Otherwise, it was a wonder 1st visit for my 2 year old!
My 2 daughters have been patients for over 7 yrs. Highly recommend this practice.
