I got to the food pantry they do every first and third Monday of the month. It is very helpful as they usually give milk, bread and fresh vegetables.

This Y represents the Senior population well. The mobility classes & the rehab equipment are both very useful for an aging population. I have enjoyed the Lubch & Kearn oresentatuons; so dae my favorite has been the self defense presentation. As we age, everyone loses muscle strength so learning oroper techniques to ward off a potential attacker is f major importance. More presebtations for the Seniors on self defense wokd be very helpful so
