Been a patient for 10 years I have gone to Fircrest Dental Arts Center for 10 years. Before I started going there I had not gone for many years because of my fears. Dr Jim Gagliardi and every single member of his staff are the best in the business and treat me like I am the most important person in their practice. I can't say enough about the first class care I have gotten there and I would recommend this practice to anyone. Not expected Be very careful when you go to this dentist. I agreed on work and the dentist did more than I agreed upon and then charged me for it. I would recommend going up the street a bit.
When I called, I made the appointment to have my tooth extracted. Imagine my surprise when after my annual X-ray benefit was exhausted in the first 5 minutes, the dentist appeared and announced that he doesn't do extractions! And this after he described how easy it will be because of nice straight roots. Well now! That would have been helpful for the office to have informed me since the extraction was the reason I made the appointment! I highly recommend Fircrest Dental Arts Center for outstanding care, communication, and service. Dr. Gagliardi was extremely caring and efficient. He took time to listen to me. He did wonderful work replacing fillings. I'm most impressed with his crown work and crown replacement. I was terrified to have my 22 year old crown replaced, and he did it with such ease and care. Shout out to him for adjusting my bite as well--never felt better!
Dr Gagliardi is highly skilled at his craft. He is fast and pain-free. He takes great pride in his work and his cosmetic results are great. I could not be more pleased with his work. He worked me into his schedule quickly for a dental emergency. His staff is also very competent at what they do and very friendly. I always feel welcome when I walk in the door.
