I had a new patient appointment at 930am at Suite B with James Brodeur. I got to suite D at 930am and had them call suite B, as I had been calling the suite B office to confirm my appt. on 1.12.24 since 1.10.24 leaving several messages. No one answers the phone or calls back. Once I arrived at suite B to see Dr. Brodeur, they said they needed a copy of my insurance card with my name on it.
