I had a deeply disappointing and concerning experience with Dr. James Brodeur. I was referred to him after a positive ANA with high antichromatin antibodies. My first visit with Dr. Brodeur went very well. He took the time to listen, gave me a shot for the pain in shoulder. I was very skeptical about the 1st. time, but he was very nice to talk to & so caring. I loved him. Have to go bk. 2/5 months. He is also a dog lover like me. That was a plus, this Dr. knows his stuff. Don't be afraid.

I had a new patient appointment at 930am at Suite B with James Brodeur. I got to suite D at 930am and had them call suite B, as I had been calling the suite B office to confirm my appt. on 1.12.24 since 1.10.24 leaving several messages. No one answers the phone or calls back. Once I arrived at suite B to see Dr. Brodeur, they said they needed a copy of my insurance card with my name on it. I had to call my insurance company for it as I'm under my husband's policy, the insurance company send a perfect copy of my insurance car... read more

I am trying to contact this office of Arthritis Specialist, but cannot reach the appointment scheduler. The phone system is not working at all.
