It was exciting to see a derm with a same day appt. Now I understand why he's available. He's likely got a lot of free time because he just dismisses his patients. Rushes in. Doesn't look at your skin. I started explaining my symptoms and he started shaking his head. I went to show him something on my skin, he told me he didnt need to see it. Refused any testing. Dr. Ertle is an incredibly intelligent doctor. He answered every question I asked perfectly. He took care of two problems I had that had previously been handled by other physicians with no results. Perfect results from Dr. Ertle - I am a new client forever and I have already recommended him to others.
He barely looked at my skin. When I pointed out a growth on my scalp he dismissed it as "nothing." Two months later another doctor biopsied it and it was squamous cell carcinoma. Do not go to him.
