Courtney, Cam and the crew at James O’Neal Dodge did it again! We went to trade in our car and they made sure we felt welcome, showed us our options and were able to take our car as a trade in and put my daughter in something newer! When I say they treat you like family, that’s an understatement. We love everyone at James O’Neal and will continue to use them in the future!
Second truck we've bought from here. Overall good experience. I had 3 requests, diesel, within my range for monthly payment, and gooseneck hitch. Chase had a diesel, they got in my range for payment and he briefly lifted the bed liner and said there's a gooseneck hitch under there. Get ready to put a ball in the hitch and hook up a trailer and there is a hole but no hitch in there.
I want to give this dealership 5 stars for their kindness and good morals. I got a flat tire on 27 and just happened to be passing by. I'm sure these guys were ready to go home as it was almost closing time the day after Christmas, but they went above and beyond to get me and my kids back on the road safely. They triple checked my tire pressure and ensured that my spare was high quality before putting it on. If I decide to purchase a new car soon, I will definitely be keeping them in mind!
This is nothing against the dealership but there's no other way to publicly broadcast this. Ram customer care left me high and dry. I suffered a catastrophic event that is going to cost me 25 k and RAM customer care was dishonorable. I have purchased over 10 vehicles from Chrysler / Stellantis but will never ever do so again. I had a mechanical defect which is glaringly obvious and I have been left holding the bag. There's a reason that this company has posted negative earnings the last 2 years.
