James O'Neal Dodge sales are trying a little harder these days... Darrin and Bruce are two fine salesmen. While Beau and Les are the best in the service department! if you are a female and want to be treated with respect and not be taken advantage of this is a great place to go. I drive a 2006 Dodge Durango with almost 400,000 miles on it daily. I bought it brand new from James O'Neal and have always had it serviced here. The new service department manager has the worst customer service out of any dealership I’ve worked with. Salesman was great! Did everything he said he would do.

I took my truck in at 8:30 am this morning for a scheduled service appointment. I Told the lady at service desk I needed it back by 1:30. I said , if the repairs cannot be made by then, I will just pick it up and return another day. She said ok. At 1:20 I called. She stated she left me a voice message to get approval for a repair. Validated the phone number with her because I had no message or missed call. So she said she could get it done in 30 minutes if I would approve the repair. I did. Cam was great to work with as well as the entire staff, Courtney filled out the paperwork very quickly, the entire experience was zero hassle and very professional! I will absolutely buy from the O'Neal crew again!
