I’ve gone to James nursery for years. Everyone who works there goes the go the extra mile for you. Healthiest trees and bushes in all of the Denver Metro area. I love this place.
As woman ran organization I would not recommend purchasing from this nursery. Unfortunately, ALL of their plants and trees are diseased of which I purchased being told by the workers that they would refund or return if any issues present ( $3,000 order) and the company was unwilling to provide a satisfactory solution. Additionally, there appeared to be operational issues(illegal migrants)that affected the overall service experience. I have dealt with this company twice now, once as a neighbor in need and once as a customer. It has been a phenomenal experience both times. About a year ago, my then very pregnant wife broke down on the side of the road near the nursery. They let her wait inside whole she called a tow truck, and helped take the edge off an extremely stressful situation. Very great experience. Had nave bought a tree before. They were super patient and helpful. Spent time to go through different options and offered helpful tips. Also great at loading the tree into tight space in the car .
- My review focuses solely on the baby friendly aspect.
