My dad and I own and operate Canyon Creek Landscape. We have used James nursery forever it seems like. I always recommend them for a couple of reasons. First is their customer service. From the office back to the loaders everyone is super friendly and often even remember my name. Any questions I have are always answered and along with great advice. Wow-just had a really nice connect with two James Nursery employees—Callie and Joe. I called the company about an issue with some of my shrubs (that I had purchased at their company about a year ago). I asked if I could email pictures for clarity to support my verbiage. Callie and Joe responded immediately and got to resolve quickly. I can’t say enough about such good customer care.
