Dr Williams is an exceptional physician. He is committed to his patients and his profession. I have never of a surgeon praying with their patients before operating on them, but he did. My condition was critical, but his calm demeanor and confidence in his abilities gave me comfort before my emergency surgery. I would recommend him to anyone needing general surgery. True specialized health care.
