Seen this warlock twice, first back in 2002 or 2003, then back in 2017, this person is one of these docs that think you have to be in death's parking garage to be considered disabled, he looks on the outside, but he can't see the inside, and how the heck I end up at his place beats the socks off of me, avoid this broom riding warlock at all costs if it is possible.

Avoid this dude at all costs, he is a witchdoctor who judges a person by the outside and thinks they have to be at death's doorstep to be disabled, Iv'e visited this person twice and he only has a couple of staff, small houselike building, porch railing falling apart, waiting area no bigger than a small bedroom and he and his staff use tactics such as block puzzles and dot puzzles to get you to get them all correct so they can catch you hook,line and sinker into their trap, I hope to never meet this evil Sorcerer again.

Shows strong bias in determining disability. Seems to only consider Down Syndrome as a disability and nothing else.

Wife had a right, per federal law, have husband present during her examination, and Ruffing said he new she had that right but he would desire if it was needed. This was determine by him as a matter of course and preference by him. Said we could go to someone elce. Breaking this appointment would have resulted in denial of disability claim.
