Paxton was knowledgeable, quick to get back to us with our questions, and solved any problems along the way. We got a lower rate and monthly mortgage payment on our refinance then expected when we first applied almost $300 difference. Customer Service is great and they always answer all your questions. When we closed they gave us a gift card to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate. This is my second time using them. We got our original loan from them as well when we bought our house they also gave us a gift card to Lowes!
I am a first-time home buyer, and it was my first time needing a mortgage. I could not have asked for a better mortgage company. They guided me step by step and answered my questions day and night, even on weekends! They were always friendly and courteous. I will forever be grateful that they are the company I chose!
