James Morris is the kind of real estate agent you always wanted. He earned his commission by working hard. He knows the market and priced my property to get its maximum value. James suggested things I could do to improve the value of my property and could recommend skilled tradesmen to get the work done on time. Going into our first home purchase, we talked to several realtors. James was the only one who offered to walk us through sample forms (over an hour of his time). He shows knowledge of real estate in the area: his one prediction on the closing price of a home was spot on. Additionally, his general contractor background gave me confidence that he can provide insight about construction quality and may catch something about a property that people who aren't experienced contractors would miss. He was responsive and professional.

We met James by chance when looking for our first house purchase. On top of the usual agent skill set, he stroke us as very knowledgeable, leveraging on his previous experience as general contractor. I have done classes at well over 100 real estate offices. I very rarely find real estate agents who truly understand the problems real estate owners are experiencing as it relates to taxes. We offer solutions to the problem and James immediately saw the benefit of that and brought us on as his tax strategist FOR his clients.
