Despite repeated attempts to retain my post, in social media it has been consistently removed. However, I strongly advise against purchasing from this establishment. I was unfortunate enough to purchase a defective vehicle that proved difficult to resolve. After acknowledging the issue, the company suggested that I proceed with insurance and warranty claims the same week of purchase. My husband and I just bought a Ram 1500 before signing it we told the finance person that we didn’t want the tire guarantee and he said we couldn't remove it because that was a requirement of the bank to approve the ,we believed him we asked the salesman and he said the same thing .days later I went to the bank and they told me no that it was a lie I went back to the Diller and I finally got them to remove it, after that I was thinking if they lied about that what else could they have lied about and today I did the Carfax of... read more

We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership within the past 6 years. This dealership always put the customer first and we were very excited to have finally found customer service like this. But that has all changed since Richard was forced to leave because of health reasons. Even my salesman told me it has become a S_it show of a company to work for. Stay far away or make sure they give you all the details and pricing before going there after driving 4 hours to get there they add 6 grand in dealers fees to a price thats already on the high side of the market called 4 days in a row told them I was bringing cash and didnt say a word about these fees way to burn a whole day
