James helped us to sell the house in Prescott Valley. His service went above and beyond than just selling houses. We moved to another country and we faced a lot of challenges. He helped us to close our internet account when we could not contact the provider when we are outside the country. He made sure our utilities account are closed, ensured the title agency mailed the documents to where we live now.
