James helped us to sell the house in Prescott Valley. His service went above and beyond than just selling houses. We moved to another country and we faced a lot of challenges. He helped us to close our internet account when we could not contact the provider when we are outside the country. He made sure our utilities account are closed, ensured the title agency mailed the documents to where we live now.
Our experience has been excellent. Jeff Martin, our agent, kept us informed and was very helpful in the process of the new property. The Michener Group was extremely helpful in their communication and processing paperwork. We highly recommend the services of this group.
