ZERO refund policy!!!! If you buy from this company, they only offer store credit or exchange, and they still charge you to return the item for exchange. Buying online is hard, because you can’t feel, or try it on, and when you get it, if it doesn’t fit or absolutely not what you thought it would be, they do not refund your money. Do not buy from here! I ordered the La Mer ring expecting it to look as advertised. Unfortunately, it was oversized and looked terrible on my finger. When I tried to return it, they refused, saying it was “fine jewelry” and not eligible for returns. Their jewelry is advertised as lifetime color warranty and tarnish proof..My ring is totally tarnished and it's copper in color after just 3 weeks. Customer service is unresponsive after contacting them 2x The did send me a replacement ring, but the same thing happened to it. It tarnished within a week
Ok. Well, I’ve tried reaching the company via chat. Why do you offer the service if you do not respond??? Email, nothing??? I made a purchase and need to return. They do not offer returns. Seems like they do not offer anything. So never again will I buy, nor will I suggest to others to purchase.
