Their jewelry is advertised as lifetime color warranty and tarnish proof..My ring is totally tarnished and it's copper in color after just 3 weeks. Customer service is unresponsive after contacting them 2x The did send me a replacement ring, but the same thing happened to it. It tarnished within a week

Ok. Well, I’ve tried reaching the company via chat. Why do you offer the service if you do not respond??? Email, nothing??? I made a purchase and need to return. They do not offer returns. Seems like they do not offer anything. So never again will I buy, nor will I suggest to others to purchase.

I've been a fan for at least 7 years or more. I have over a handful of her pieces. I've also bought a few pieces as gifts to friends and family. I've never been disappointed and I always recommend whenever possible! I always get compliments.

Please read all of the negative reviews before purchasing. I bought the Horse Bit Bracelet and was hopeful it wouldn't look cheap. I was mistaken and it was rather large. I went to return, however, they only offer store credit. I was shocked. It is my fault for not reading the policy. I will most likely donate or toss the bracelet as the quality is super cheap. Just be aware of the return policy, or rather lack thereof.
