Buyer beware!!! Read the fine print. I ordered on December 11 a necklace with a small diamond for my wife for Christmas. The website said items will ship within 3 days or "fine jewelry" within 7 days. My order was shipped on December 29th. The "fine" jewelry necklace was shipped with half of the necklace in one baggie and the other half in another baggie with both baggies open to accommodate for entire necklace. I received my order which were gifts and needed to do an exchange. For the exchange, I selected items for myself. One of the items was an engraved initial oval ring. I received the ring with no engraving, The support team kept stating they did not receive the order with the request to engrave it, eventhough I provided my confirmation email which stated I did. Poor quality jewelry that seems to be overpriced Having issues with a return, the submit button is grayed out. And lack of consistent response to remedy my issue with the company Returns should not be this difficult

ZERO refund policy!!!! If you buy from this company, they only offer store credit or exchange, and they still charge you to return the item for exchange. Buying online is hard, because you can’t feel, or try it on, and when you get it, if it doesn’t fit or absolutely not what you thought it would be, they do not refund your money. Do not buy from here! I ordered the La Mer ring expecting it to look as advertised. Unfortunately, it was oversized and looked terrible on my finger. When I tried to return it, they refused, saying it was “fine jewelry” and not eligible for returns. I don’t understand this policy why wouldn’t you stand behind your product if the customer isn’t satisfied? I feel like I wasted $300 on a ring that looks unflattering.
