I received my order which were gifts and needed to do an exchange. For the exchange, I selected items for myself. One of the items was an engraved initial oval ring. I received the ring with no engraving, The support team kept stating they did not receive the order with the request to engrave it, eventhough I provided my confirmation email which stated I did. ZERO refund policy!!!! If you buy from this company, they only offer store credit or exchange, and they still charge you to return the item for exchange. Buying online is hard, because you can’t feel, or try it on, and when you get it, if it doesn’t fit or absolutely not what you thought it would be, they do not refund your money. Do not buy from here! I ordered the La Mer ring expecting it to look as advertised. Unfortunately, it was oversized and looked terrible on my finger. When I tried to return it, they refused, saying it was “fine jewelry” and not eligible for returns. Their jewelry is advertised as lifetime color warranty and tarnish proof..My ring is totally tarnished and it's copper in color after just 3 weeks. Customer service is unresponsive after contacting them 2x The did send me a replacement ring, but the same thing happened to it. It tarnished within a week
